Please note that all appointments are scheduled in advance to ensure personalized attention and a smooth experience for every dog and owner.

Planning your dog's stay with us? Here's everything you need to know about our specific operating hours, seasonal adjustments, and closed days for Spring, Summer, and Fall 2026. We aim for transparency to help you plan your appointments effectively.
Business Hours:
Our standard hours for dog drop-offs and pick-ups are:
Monday: 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM & 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM & 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM
Thursday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM & 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Sunday: 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM & 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Important: All drop-offs & pick-ups are strictly by appointment only. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled pick-up or drop-off appointment, a charge of $10 will be applied for every 15 minutes beyond your scheduled time. Please communicate with us or reschedule if you anticipate being late to avoid additional fees.
Closed days that we are unavailable for dog boarding & dog daycare in 2026:
When we are unavailable for both boarding stays and daycare. Our normal business hours will resume immediately after these dates:
May 8th, 2026 to May 10th, 2026 (resuming May 11th, 2026)
July 17th, 2026 to July 19th, 2026 (resuming July 20th, 2026)
August 27th, 2026 to August 30th, 2026 (resuming August 31st, 2026)
September 24th, 2026 to September 27th, 2026 (resuming September 28th, 2026)
Closed Holiday's:
Wooded Acres Dog Boarding is available for dog boarding stays on the following holidays, but please note that we will not accept any drop-offs or pick-ups on these specific dates:
New Year's Day
Memorial Day
Fourth of July
Labor Day
Halloween
Thanksgiving
Christmas Eve
Christmas Day
If a customer needs to drop off or pick up their dog outside of these posted hours, what's the best way for them to make those special arrangements?
We understand that special circumstances may arise. If you require a drop-off or pick-up outside of our posted hours, please contact us directly as far in advance as possible. Special arrangements are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. You can reach us at 320.428.5647. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
